Yoga

Be present and feel the love all around you. – Rikka Zimmerman

The fad for a few years now has been yoga pants, but news reports have proven that most of the people wearing them are not heading to a Yoga class!
The majority of those who have never attended a yoga class tend to picture it as sitting with legs crisscrossed and meditating or contorting their bodies into impossible positions. It’s not!
Little tike Yoga

The truth about Yoga is that is has been practiced for over a thousand years, and the Sanskrit translation of Yoga means discipline. The idea being total mind, body, and soul alignment, or the achievement of complete oneness and calmness. Yes there are many positions that are learned in yoga, but they bring restoration, balance, and peace to the body, not pain.

Never too Young to Learn Yoga

With ever-increasingly busy schedules, what better time to teach our children about making times for themselves than now? Learning how to relax and take care of themselves, not just physically but their overall wellness.

Giving yourself or your child the chance to try just one yoga class will bring you surprising relaxation and rejuvenation.

We are pleased to offer basic level Adult, Teen, Mommy and Me, and Yoga Kids classes in our relaxing and beautiful Wellness Center, located on the second floor of our building, with our registered yoga teachers.

We would like to welcome our new Thursday afternoon Yoga Instructor, Veronika! She will be here every Thursday from 11:00am – 12:00pm. New students receive their first class FREE.
