Early Intervention Information

Turn your wounds into wisdom. – Oprah Winfrey

Early Intervention programs are federally mandated programs, through the Individuals with Disabilities Act, that provide support and education to children, birth through age three, with developmental delays and their families. There are big differences between the Wisconsin Early Intervention Program and the Illinois Early Intervention Program.

Illinois Early Intervention Program

The Illinois Early Intervention program helps children birth to age three and their families receive services for any delays or disabilities, which the children may be suffering from.

The first step is determining eligibility. Contact The Therapy Tree for a free screening. Refer to your local Child and Family Connections Contact for more information on resources in your area.
